ReWild has shared somatics, breathwork, and mindfulness workshops to world-class organizations all over the world, including:

At ReWild, we deliver somatic, science-based breathwork designed for the workplace.
Breathwork is more than a pause for calm, it’s a body-based method for reducing stress, building resilience, and restoring emotional balance. By working directly with the nervous system, we help teams shift from mental overdrive into genuine regulation, clarity, and focus.
Our sessions also integrate somatic practices, mindfulness tools, and authentic relating exercises, fostering presence, connection, and sustainable performance across organizations.
